Checking Your
Settings
- If there are any AOL adapters for TCP/IP listed, please click one
time on it, then click the remove button.
- Find the TCP/IP -> Dial-Up Adapter. Click one time on it,
then click the Properties button.
- Make sure that DNS is disabled on the page that opens.
- Click OK.
- When you return to this page, Click OK. You will return to the
Control Panel.
- Click OK to
return to BCI Technical Information.
