Rescues & Clubs - We'd love to have you join us!

1. Begin by completing our Rescue/Club Form-PDFor Rescue/Club Form-WORD.
2. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail. If not contacted within 5 days, please call the shelter.
3. As always, fees are waived for rescues and animal clubs.
4. We will provide a table and chairs, listing and link on our website, listing in our Festival Program, name tags, and coffee and donuts during set-up.
5. Arrive no later than 10am for set-up. Use the east side of the pavilion to unload.
6. We will have a rescue/vendor check-in table at the entrance of the pavilion to assist you.
7. Visit our attending rescues & animal clubs.
8. Print a Pet Walk Poster-PDF (121kb) to help us spread the word.

10. Important: This year, weather permitting, we are hosting our activities outside. Rescues and Clubs have the option of setting up a table outside or inside. Outside tables will not have electricity available and will need to provide their own pop-up tents. Last year, we received many comments about people preferring to be outside, especially when the weather is nice.
