Print, sign and mail or fax completed form to our shelter.
- Adoption Fees
- There is a mandatory waiting period of 24 to 48 hours after we receive your application.
- Seniors check out our Senior to Senior program.
- We cannot hold animals for prospective adopters.
- The SPCA reserves the right to deny any application.
- We recommend spending quality time with this animal at our shelter.

Questions to Ponder... Are You Prepared to:
- Care for this pet for his or her entire life (up to 12 years or longer).
- Be financially responsible for:
- Basic needs such as quality food.
- Annual vet checkups and yearly shots.
- Annual dental cleanings.
- Preventative treatments (heartworm, flea control, etc).
- Emergencies
- Take this pet with you if/when you move to a new home.
- Provide training if needed.
- Most Important - shower your pet with love, affection, and companionship.
