Unsolicited commercial email --
"UCE," or "spam," is any commercial
electronic mail message sent, often in bulk, to a consumer without the consumer's prior request or
consent.
If you are reporting an email abuse
or Spam mail abuse please include: 1.) Original subject line.
2.) Complete headers- Full headers will include a "RECEIVED:" line with an ip address (ex. 205.258.58.22). We cannot complete an investigation without this information.

3.) Complete message body- Please include the complete, unedited body of the message as you received it.
If you are reporting unauthorized access attempts, please be sure to include: 1.) Logs of the incident. 2.) Include the IP address of the offender. 3.) Include the date, time and time zone when the incident occurred.

the e-mail originated, not BCI, as we are only able to take action
