1. First you need to be connected to the Internet
2. Open Your Email Software. ( Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger...)
3. Select the Spam Quarantine Summary Email Message from BCI Barracuda Spam Firewall.
4. Click on the whitelist link next to the email you want (this will deliver the email and whitelist it) This is Under Actions:
