- Make sure your Incoming mail server
is a POP3.
- Make sure Incoming mail is mail.bci.net.
All lower case with no spaces.
- Make sure Outgoing mail is mail.bci.net.
All lower case with no spaces.
- Account name: is your username@bci.net only; all lower case
with no spaces.
- Password: is your password; all lower case with no
spaces.
- Make sure there is NOT a check mark in Log
on using secure password authentication
- Please check My server
requires authentication.
- Click Apply
if you make any changes.
- Click the Connection
tab to continue.
- Click Cancel
to return to BCI Technical Support.
