  • Make sure your Incoming mail server is a POP3.
  • Make sure Incoming mail is mail.bci.net.  All lower case with no spaces.
  • Make sure Outgoing mail is mail.bci.net.  All lower case with no spaces.
  • Account name: is your username@bci.net  only; all lower case with no spaces.
  • Password: is your password; all lower case with no spaces.
  • Make sure there is NOT a check mark in Log on using secure password authentication  
  • Please check My server requires authentication.
  • Click Apply if you make any changes.
  • Click the Connection tab to continue.
  • Click Cancel to return to BCI Technical Support.
