Does
your computer seem to have a
mind of it's own all of
sudden? It's just not
responding like it should or
used to? There are some
things that can be done.
The
first thing you should do is
document what is happening and
when it is happening. For
example, it doesn't shut down
all the way. The computer
seems to hang, but only when you
open Internet Explorer.
Once
you have determined what seems
to be happening and when, give
us a call at 689-3400. We
would be more than happy to take
a look at it. We now have
two PC repair technicians on
staff.
It
is necessary to speak to the
repair technicians to set up a
scheduled time for drop off of
the computer. The length
of time the computer will be
here will depend on the
problem. It will be here
for at least one full day, but
no more than 5 business days
unless otherwise specified.
We
are open for drop off Monday -
Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,
and Saturday from 10:00 am to
2:00 pm.
